Dr. Adam Earnheardt (Ph.D., Kent State University), is a 30-year veteran of education, a seasoned university administrator, committed community leader, and a proud parent in the Liberty Local School District. His campaign for the Liberty School Board is rooted in a lifelong dedication to education and a deep belief in the potential of every Liberty student.

Education is the cornerstone of the Earnheardt family. Dr. Adam Earnheardt and his wife, Dr. Mary Beth Earnheardt, also a dedicated educator, were both raised in families that placed the highest value on learning and strong public schools. They have seen firsthand the transformative power of a quality education through their four children.
Adam has taught at Youngstown State University (YSU) since 2005, and Mary Beth since 2006. Their eldest child, a successful Liberty graduate, now thrives at YSU where she prepares for law school. Their second child graduated as a valedictorian from Liberty and intends to study multimedia communication at YSU. Their two younger children are currently in 10th and 7th grade at Liberty and highly active in a myriad of academic, athletic and artistic clubs and organizations.

- Curriculum and Assessment Leadership: As YSU’s General Education Coordinator, Dr. Earnheardt spearheaded a more than two-year overhaul of the University's core curriculum. He guided the development of innovative microcredentials focused on essential skills like critical thinking, creative thinking, personal and social well-being, and quantitative reasoning. He also led the implementation of a robust mechanism for assessing the strengths and effectiveness of the university’s educational programs.
- Doctoral-Level Expertise: Adam holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Kent State University, providing him with an expert-level understanding of organizational leadership, public discourse, and effective communication strategies.
- 30 Years in Education: Including nearly 20 years at YSU, with 8 years serving as a department chair. He understands the needs of students transitioning to higher education and the workforce.
- Advocacy and Negotiation: As a member of the OEA and NEA, Adam understands the importance of supporting educators. Crucially, he has served on negotiation teams on both sides—as faculty and as an administrator—equipping him with a unique ability to build consensus and foster collaborative relationships.

- Liberty Youth Sports: Past President of the Liberty Little Leopards (K-6 grade, football and cheer), where he doubled participation and raised over $50,000 for programming; current coordinator for grades 3-6 boys and girls basketball, and current President of the Liberty Gridiron Association.
